This program is custom-tailored to help you fix up a property to achieve the maximum sales price in your real estate market. Depending on your situation, we may or may not require payments during the renovation process and might also set up a construction draw schedule account to pay your handyman or contractors directly.
This program is available for both primary homes and investment properties that you already own or are trying to purchase.
